Groupie Connect LLC d/b/a Groupie (“Groupie”) Privacy Statement
Groupie is committed to safeguarding the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of information when you use our account portal and associated platform services. In this Privacy Statement, “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Groupie” refers to Groupie Connect LLC and its affiliates, which includes any person or entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Groupie (such as subsidiaries or parent companies). Groupie offers various platform services collectively referred to as our “Services.” Individuals who use our Services via the account portal or through other means will be referred to as “Customers.” Those who simply visit Groupie websites will be referred to as “Visitors.”

Groupie collects information to provide an optimal user experience. Some information is collected exclusively from Customers, not Visitors:
Required Contact Information
When expressing interest in our Services or registering to use them, Groupie requires basic contact information such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address.
Billing Information
When purchasing our Services, we ask for billing and financial information, including billing name, address, credit card number, and employee count. We also track usage of our Services to ensure proper billing.
Security, Fraud Prevention, and Network Management
We collect information to ensure the security of our Services, such as your IP address when logging into our portal for identity confirmation and network management.
Content of Your Communications
Groupie collects the content of your communications, including messages and broadcasts, for the purpose of transmitting them to the next carrier and ensuring proper routing.
Communications with Customer Support
When contacting customer support, we use the information you provide to address issues and improve our Services.
Optional Information
Groupie may ask for additional optional information, such as company revenue, employee numbers, and industry details. You may also have the option to import your email address book or calendar.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
3. How We Use the Information We Collect

- We use Customer data to improve our Services and offer suggestions for enhanced engagement.

4. Consent for Use of Confidential Data and Customer Proprietary Network Information
In accordance with federal regulations, we may analyze anonymized, aggregated data, including Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), to improve Services and provide relevant insights. This data includes information such as service usage, technical configuration, and destination data.
By using our Services, you grant permission to Groupie to use CPNI and any other confidential data for these purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us at answers@Groupie.io.
5. Sharing of Information
Groupie may share Customer Data and Customers’ Contact Data with third-party service providers for purposes such as data storage or credit card processing. We do not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.
We may disclose personal information when required by law or to protect our rights. In the case of a merger or corporate sale, Customer Data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
6. Customers’ Contact Data
Groupie processes Customers’ Contact Data solely for the purpose of providing Services. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and ensuring that they have the rights to use and communicate with the Contact Data they upload.
If Contacts request deletion of their data, such requests should be directed to the Customer who uploaded the data. Groupie will assist in fulfilling legitimate requests.
7. Friend Referral and Customer Testimonials
Groupie offers a referral service that allows Customers and Visitors to invite others to visit our Sites. We only use the information provided for sending the one-time invitation. Additionally, Groupie posts customer testimonials with prior consent.
8. Security
Groupie employs industry-standard security measures to protect Customer Data, including SSL technology, firewalls, and secure server environments. Although we strive to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Correcting and Updating Your Information
Customers may update or change their information by signing in to their account. To discontinue your account, please email answers@Groupie.io. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
10. California Privacy Rights and Customers’ Contact Data
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. As a service provider, Groupie only uses Customers’ Contact Data to provide Services, not for other purposes. If you are a California resident, please contact the Customer who submitted your data to Groupie to exercise your rights.
11. Communications Preferences
Customers and Visitors may manage their communication preferences by following the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contacting us at answers@Groupie.io. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of.
12. Changes to This Privacy Statement
Groupie may update this Privacy Statement. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days prior to implementation.
